2023 / 2024 SEASON OF LECTURES

On behalf of the Committee, we are once again delighted to offer our members and guests an interesting and varied programme of lectures for our 2023 / 2024 Lecture Season.  You will find details of them all on the Programme 2023 / 2024 page on this website.  We hope you will all discover something intriguing to tempt you out every second Friday night from thebeginning of October to mid-March, whatever the Highland weather chooses to throw at us!

We look forward to welcoming everyone back; as promised before the last season, we have upgraded our technology to make the task of the speakers easier with better projection, screen size and sound, and the watching and listening experience much better for the audience.  We are constantly trying to improve on our technology, and this season we will be concentrating on upgrading our sound systems, which some members still find challenging.  Our committee member, Carol Crawford, works tirelessly to make sure we get the best from the equipment available to us, and I take this opportunity to thank Carol on behalf of the committee and the members for all her hard work and efforts.

Membership Renewal forms showing the full programme have already been sent out to current members and we look forward to seeing you; to anyone considering membership, please do come along to experience a couple of talks and pick up a Membership Application at the door.  We hope you share our opinion that the membership subscription of £25 for ten talks by a variety of experts and professional writers represents excellent value for money.
